UGH this painting SUCKS. the colors are all wrong. damn damn damn. i think i need to start with a different end of the spectrum...maybe more oranges and pinks and stuff...ugh i don't know. the clouds look like crap and everything is so muddy.

I can't remember how I stumbled across your blog -- I think I saw a piece of yours on Etsy -- but I'm hooked on your painting. It's really, really good. It's different, without being gimmicky. And I love how you take realism (people, cars, clouds) and arrange them into abstract concepts.

Your painting doesn't "suck." A few color adjustments and you've got it. The concept and composition are wonderfully unique and intriguing! I suspect that your advanced painting skills will see you through this temporary crisis and you'll have a real masterpiece on your hands! Go for it.
