Completed Painting: Marmalade, not Jello
Over at the Rookie Painter blog, there was a new challenge recently posted. This is the original challenge photo and my submission. I created it 6 by 6 and I'm pretty happy with how it came out. The background looks purple in some lights and brown in others... very interesting. You should check out all the other entries as well!!

I thought this was the photograph at first. Love it on the canvas you chose, and with the edges done. Very nice work!
