Random inspiration

While I was at the MoMa, I took some pics with my phone so I could remember the names of some artists I liked.

I person Giorgio de Chirico was really interesting. The really deep earth tones and colors used were very inspiring. The paintings were very reminiscent of Dali as well...not sure if this artist came before or after Dali.

You chose a good one to start with. de Chirico is considered the pioneer of modern Surrealism. He came a little before Dali and was considered one of his early influences.

Regretably, I am unable to see the second image you posted. I get a message saying I don't have permission to view it. :-(
